In more than 20 years of working in marketing, sales and communications, I have found that trust is the most important asset a company has. Companies that have the trust of their employees and customers outperform. They are more innovative, productive and more profitable. Having your customer’s trust drives customer commitment, satisfaction, loyalty and the bottom line. As a recent Master’s graduate, I combine cutting-edge academic theory with actionable real-world strategies.

I am passionate about working with clients to create customer-centered business cultures. I truly believe that every single person in an organization has a part to play in helping a customer choose to do business with you. I am also passionate about discovering what customers and stakeholders really think. Research, assessments and objective data and facts are key components to creating strategic business decisions.
